Missed Appointment
Any missed or canceled appointment with less than 12 hours notice will require payment of 50% of the appointment fee.
Any appointment where arrival is more than 10 minutes past the appointment time will be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, credit/debit card, or HSA. Insurance is NOT accepted.
A receipt can be provided to clients with commercial insurance for personal use.

Although we strive to address all mental health needs, there are some patients who require care beyond what we can safely provide. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any patient.
